Patrick R. Brown Shakes Up the Monarchy as The Lion King's New Scar
After playing the role of Scar in the Singapore production, Patrick R. Brown is making his Broadway debut as the new Scar in Disney’s The Lion King at the Minskoff Theatre. Gareth Saxe, who most recently played Scar on Broadway, took his final bow in the part on January 15. Brown previously appeared as Inspector Andre in the national tour of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.
