Adam Shankman Tapped to Direct "The Nutcracker" for 2013 Debut by Adam Hetrick

"Hairspray" and "Rock of Ages" director Adam Shankman will direct a new screen adaptation of the holiday classic "The Nutcracker" for New Line Cinema, according to Deadline.com.
