Off-Broadway play trots out a drama of drugs and race and comes up lame
In "Horsedreams," a play about addiction and race at the Rattlestick Playwrights Theater through Dec. 11, a long strand of white fluorescent tubes cuts across the cracked gray set. It looks like a big line of cocaine ready for a greedy nose.
