Review: Beauty of the Father (UrbanTheater Chicago)
The plot of this UrbanTheater production is not extraordinarily riveting. As a character-based play, it's imperative that we hold compassion for the characters, but - though the production occasionally achieves a certain emotional depth - too often the language of the play interrupts. Slightly recommended.
