Modern Times, Indeed: Dylan Plans First Concert in Vietnam by Dave Itzkoff

Bob Dylan, whose songs like "Blowin' in the Wind" and "Masters of War" were sung at many a Vietnam War-era protest, is scheduled to perform a set list of his own determining on April 10 in Ho Chi Minh City.
