Here's a very recent play set in contemporary Brooklyn. "Time Stands Still," written by Pulitzer Prize winner Donald Margulies (Dinner with Friends), follows the story of James Dodd (Richard Boehler), who has returned to New York after experiencing a mental breakdown while covering the war in Iraq.
