Ruck Spins to FOX, 'Mean Girl' Caplan to WB

Ruck, who played political operative Stuart Bondek for all of "Spin City's" six seasons, will next star in FOX's comedy "Don't Ask," from writer Nicky Silver. His character will set the story in motion when he leaves his wife and kids for another man, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
