Church Abuse: Theatre Artists Go For the Ambiguous

Perhaps the most striking thing about "Doubt," John Patrick Shanley's new play, is the 2004 lens through which a contemporary audience views the work and, in so doing, distorts what emerges on stage -- or at least it seems so to this viewer.
