Great makers of musicals, Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II were also known to be exacting professionals whose shows were expertly produced.<br /> So it's a wonder that their angry spirits did not materialize to smite the New York City Opera management that threw up the team's "Cinderella" in a careless revival at the New York State Theatre.
