The Hypocrites, TimeLine Theatre snare the top Jeffs BY HEDY WEISS

Two exceptional revivals--TimeLine Theatre's searing version of "Awake and Sing," the Depression-era classic by Clifford Odets, and the Hypocrites' stunningly stylized version of "Machinal," Sophie Treadwell's 1927 feminist classic about a woman on the edge--were named best dramatic productions of the 2002-03 season Monday night as the Jeff Citations were presented at the Park West.
