Super Bowl XLV breaks recrod with 111 million people

Super Bowl XLV averaged 111 million viewers to become the most watched program ever, breaking the previous record (last year's Super Bowl) of 106.5 million. Academy Awards 2010 drew an average audience of 41.3 million viewers.
