The Boston Pops long have had a relationship with the music of Richard Rodgers, from premiering his songs in orchestral arrangements with Arthur Fiedler to the recent release of the Pops' album, ``My Favorite Things,'' directed by Keith Lockhart to celebrate the centenary of the composer's birth.
