Irene Update: Subway/Rail Transit Will Shut Down at Noon Tomorrow
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has just announced that mass rail transit in and out of New York City will shut down beginning at 1200pm tomorrow. This includes the New York City subway system, and commuter rail lines that service Westchester, Long Island and Connecticut.
