Broadway ticket sales continue up and down year
Broadway box offices continue to see uneven ticket sales, which go up one week and down the next. This past week ticket sales slumped slightly from $20,858,828 the week of August 8 to 14 to $20,079,820. The number of productions remains steady at 24 including three plays. The musical "Follies" at the Marquis remains in previews with opening night scheduled for September 12. read more
