Charlotte, the title character in Christine Whitley's uneven new play, "The Goatwoman of Corvis County," at Shakespeare & Company's welcome new 168-seat Elayne P. Bernstein Theatre, has an uncanny knack for healing goats. When it comes to her own life, well, that's another matter.
