Waiting For Godot

Though Anders Cato has added some effective extra vaudevillian touches to Beckett's already heavy borrowing from classic movie clowns like Charlie Chaplin, Laurel and Hardy and the Marx Brothers, an air of gloom, doom and ennui persistently clings to the two tramps and their endless waiting, waiting, waiting for the enigmatic Godot.
