Review: 'Dead Man's Cell Phone' by Sarah Ruhl BY LINDA WINER

Eternal quirkiness and metaphysical whimsy have returned to New York in "Dead Man's Cell Phone," the third Sarah Ruhl play to receive a major Off-Broadway premiere in the past 18 months. How I wish I could understand the appeal.
