Trumpery - Reviewed by ADAM R. PERLMAN

Peter Parnell's "Trumpery" is a slice of historical fiction tarted up to look like Chekhov and sound like Stoppard. Mainly, though, it plays like one of those school assemblies where you dutifully nod, then nod off.
