Suzanne Carrico: The Art of the Cahn<br> Reviewed by DAVID FINKLE
Only a passing interest in Sammy Cahn - because he wrote for Carrico's idol, Frank Sinatra - seems to have instigated this cursory review of the lyricist's illustrious and often witty oeuvre. In my head, Carrico was constantly being drowned out by the distinctive stylings of Doris Day, Jo Stafford, and Ol' Blue Eyes.
