Tony Award winner Alex Newell (Shucked, “Glee”) will join the cast of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee as the Bee’s moderator & 3rd annual Putnam County spelling champion Rona Lisa Peretti, beginning Friday, August 7, for 4 weeks only.
