'Blonde' will have lots of fun BY MICHAEL SOMMERS

Better than "The Wedding Singer" and fluffier than "Mary Poppins," it's not nearly in the same golden league as "Hairspray."<br> What will make "Legally Blonde" popular in the long run -- for a few years at least -- is the well-known charm of its girl-power story and the sheer fun of director-choreographer Jerry Mitchell's expert and exuberant production, all dolled up with cute sets and high-energy dances.
