Paper Mill's fundraising performance falls short BY PEGGY McGLONE

An examination of records shows the Millburn theater's board repeatedly missed its self-imposed fundraising goals, providing significantly less than the norm for similar institutions. Nationally, board members of large regional theaters contribute more than 5 cents toward every dollar of expenses. Paper Mill's trustees only scraped together half-a-cent.
