Chalk up another win for corporate branding.<br> Media behemoth Clear Channel's live-ent division, Live Nation, is renaming South Street's Theatre of Living Arts - once Andre Gregory's experimental theater, later a brilliant rep-film cinema - to Fillmore Philadelphia, beginning with the April 27 Todd Rundgren show.
