McNally's Wedding Play Cake Walks Through Gay Time: John Simon
The first thing that comes to mind watching Terrence McNally's "Some Men" is how much McNally is like the little girl with a curl: very good when he is good, and, when bad, terrible. The second thing is that even in a terrible play like this one there are some very bright moments.
