INTERVIEW: Yiddish-language 'Night Stories' arrives in NYC
The new anthology play NIGHT STORIES adapts four stories by the writer Avrom Sutzkever, deemed the "greatest poet of the Holocaust" by The New York Times, according to press notes. The show brings together the tales "Where the Stars Spend the Night," "A Child's Hands," "Portrait in Blue Sweater" and "Lupus," each of them dealing with themes of haunting returns and reanimation.
