The Mint Theatre, whose mission is to find forgotten modern plays deserving revivals, sometimes swings and misses; with British playwright Harold Brighouse's Garside's Career, however, it raises its batting average a notch with an engrossing production of a 1914 comedy-drama, three of whose four acts are set in the author's native Lancashire, in Northern England.
