By: Paulanne Simmons October 21, 2024: Nancy Harris's The Beacon, now at the Irish Repertory Theatre, is certainly an ambitious play. In fact, the playwright juggles so many plots and subplots many in the audience may become confused about exactly what point she's trying to make.
