Seattle's Intiman Theatre premieres a new adaptation of 'The Scarlet Letter'

An interview with playwright Naomi Iizuka, who has penned a new adaptation of Nathaniel Hawthorne's 1850 novel about the Puritan American experience, the dark and bright sides of human behavior and the mysterious nature of love and vengeance. "The Scarlet Letter" runs through Dec. 5, 2010.
