'Moulin Rouge!' wins big at Tony Awards as Broadway celebrates its recovery by Chris Jones

After 27 months of Tony Awards silence, the 2021 ceremony wouldn't be about cutthroat competition and raging egos. Instead, it would be as close as possible to a primetime commercial to get patrons back in velour seats.
