With 3 grants honoring Hartford woman, foundation to bring Black artists into major institutions by Christopher Arnott

A new fund from the Roberts Foundation will offer residencies to Black artists at three major Hartford arts institutions: Hartford Stage, Hartford Symphony and the Amistad Center. The fund was created to honor Joyce C. Willis, who died in June.
