'Changemakers' murals to be unveiled in Hartford connect youth to city's elders by Susan Dunne

Hartford Public Library and Hartford History Center's summer "Changemakers" program, which offered virtual workshops in a variety of artistic disciplines, will conclude on Aug. 29 and Sept. 17, when two murals are revealed in Hartford honoring 41 of the city's historical Black and Latinx "Changemakers."
