Column: Let's stop calling it the Loop versus Chicago's 'neighborhoods,' for all of our sakes
The Loop vs. Chicago's "real" neighborhoods was always a false conflict, and gots us no where. With empty sidewalks, absent arts and struggling small businesses, this whole city needs help.
