Queen's Theatre to be renamed the Sondheim Theatre following major renovations
It has been announced today (5 July 2019) that the Queen's Theatre, home of Les Mis, will reopen as the Sondheim Theatre with a brand-new production of Les Miserables on 18 December 2019 for the show's record-breaking 35th year in London's West End. The venue closes its doors on 13 July 2019 to begin major renovation works, which were announced as early as last summer.
