According to Deadline, Tony nominee Taylor Louderman is set to star as the female lead on the forthcoming CBS pilot titled EMPEROR OF MALIBU. She joins the previously announcedKen Jeong and Max Willems. The series comes fromKevin Kwan and Warner Bros. TV. Kwan is known for his work as author of the 2018 blockbuster CRAZY RICH ASIANS.
