Olivier Awards to rename Best Director award after Sir Peter Hall
Following a faux pas at the 2018 Oliver Awards where Sir Peter Hall was inexcusably omitted from the In Memoriam segment despite having passed away last September, the Society of London Theatre (SOLT) announces that they will be renaming the honour for Best Director after the late director.
