Pittsburgh CLO's Spark festival of new small musicals has been underway since March 26, with casts, creative teams and late-night shows all leading up to this weekend, when the public can attend individual readings " raw and staged " and a workshop, which may include choreography and basic sets and costumes, of 10 musicals in various stages of development.
