Jos N. Banks kills it as drag queen Lola in 'Kinky Boots' at Academy of Music
Jos N. Banks delivers a star turn as drag queen cabaret performer Lola in "Kinky Boots," a new touring production of the Tony-winning 2013 Broadway musical, at the Academy of Music through Oct. 8. The musical version strips out all the grit of the great "Kinky Boots" movie, but Banks' fabulousness quite nearly balanced that out.
