Cotter Smith arrived to work in Pittsburgh and soon declared his days in New York numbered. The actor from the Netflix TV series "Mindhunter" is now a resident and establishing himself as a member of the local theater community; he will make his local stage debut Friday in a gritty barebones theater production.
