Pan African Film Festival Will Honor Phylicia Rashad Feb. 17 by Adam Hetrick

Tony Award-winning actress Phylicia Rashad will be presented with the Lifetime Achievement honor in Los Angeles during the Pan African Film Festival, according to the New York Times.
