I know it's fashionable to deride Amanda Holden " well put me on the cover of Vogue because I think she's awful. In Stepping Out, trying to combine her tabloid image as a vapid nymph with the portrayal of a suburban Stepford housewife is clearly an effort way beyond her talents.
