Art in the Park, a weekly summer event held at the Penn Avenue Parklet in Wilkinsburg, starts Thursday with painters, poets and singers gathering at 743 Penn Ave. The parklet is across the street from First National Bank. The event is free and runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
