'See It' conjures elegant comedy by James Hebert

The magic of farce usually resides in low deeds done at high speeds, complemented by confused identities and a whole lot of brutally abused doors. Georges Feydeau's "Now You See It" has some of that familiar fare, but much of the magic of this deceptively placid play comes from its poetic and sometimes comically florid language (as translated from the French by Kenneth McLeish).
