Off-Broadway's MCC Theater in association with Kurt Deutsch is set to hold an invitation-only Dec. 18 workshop presentation of Alice By Heart, the new musical with a score by Tony Award-winning Spring Awakening collaborators Steven Sater and Duncan Sheik.
