Tom Viola, long-time executive director of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (BC/EFA), was honored by the Gay Men's Health Crisis (GMHC) Nov. 30 with its annual Howard Ashman Award for his "leadership, activism and advocacy in the fight against HIV and AIDS."
