Michelle Obama Awards NYC-Based Rosie's Theater Kids With National Prize Today by Olivia Clement

First Lady Michelle Obama recognizes New York-based organization Rosie's Theater Kids Nov. 17 for its youth development initiatives. RTKids' scholarship program is among the recipients of the 2015 National Arts and Humanities Youth Program Award, one of the nation's highest honors.
