Maria Friedman Joins Julian Ovenden for The Sound of Music Live TV Broadcast
The classic Rodgers and Hammerstein musical The Sound of Music is again headed for the small screen. Following NBC's 2013 live broadcast starring Carrie Underwood as Maria, U.K.'s ITV will broadcast its own "The Sound of Music Live!" this holiday season.
