Broadway Box-Office Analysis:  Even the World Series Can't Stop Al Pacino on Broadway by Robert Simonson

It was a time of losses on Broadway last week. Overall box office fell from $27,391,967 to $22,819,827, a big drop, perhaps to be blamed on New Yorkers being occupied with watching the New York Mets participating in the World Series, which aired on four nights last week. Attendance on Broadway was down by 26,000.
