New musical Freedom Song, about a Civil War-era family torn apart by slavery, is set to receive a private, industry-only reading on Nov. 16, featuring a cast that is headed by Amazing Grace's Mike Evariste (also seen in Hair and South Pacific) and Savannah Frazier.
