NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE, Ontario " This colorful confection of a town is worth visiting in any season, but especially during the long run of the Shaw Festival, this year extending to Nov. 1. On its recent visit, a group of 40 Post-Gazette theater trippers enjoyed five plays and a musical. Four are still in repertory, as also are three of the four shows we didn't see.
