In her new film "Ricki and the Flash," opening in theatres Aug. 7, Oscar winner Meryl Streep stars as the lead singer and guitarist of a rock band who is trying to make amends with her family and piece her career back together. USA Today has released an audio clip of Streep covering the 1973 Dobie Gray smash "Drift Away" from the movie.
